My bro and I read HG and got totally obsessed. We spent the next few months asking each other what weapons we would use if we were in HG, repeating lines from the book such as:
Peeta (aka: My bro): Can’t U make it go any faster?
Katniss (aka: Me): No. Shut up and eat your pears.
and wonder what district we would be in. Only prob is mom and dad dont approve the violence.

Just can’t wait until the movie. I’ve been following everything HG since my friend literally CONVERTED ME (and half the school+teachers) to HG fanatics. She is, though, the ringleader. I cannot have a conversation with her without saying something HG related, and she knows the books, all the latest news and the cast off by heart. I think I’m going the same way as her…but that doesn’t matter, because HG is too awesome to not become a fanatic. Anyway, to finish off, the romance isn’t the main part for me really. I’m just obsessed with the storyline and how Suzanne Collins has written it PURE AWESOMENESS!!!!!!! (team Peeta)

I finally finished The Hunger Games series so I’m going back and reading the reviews for it.

I just noticed that each time Katniss’ district is mentioned in this post, PoshDeluxe says district 11 but I think she meant to put district 12

i read about this earlier and was pretty surprised. i mean, if hot topic is selling shirts, that must mean HG is trending big time. and even though i’m kinda anti-merchandising, i’m all for these books getting more publicity and therefore more readers.

i think we’ll be making our own t-shirts for the mockingjay party, so stay tuned…
